Our food truck is family owned and family operated. We opened in October 2022, but we have been serving our food for decades!

Our signature dish, tacos estilo D.F., a classic taco style also know as "Mexican street tacos," consists of several braised proteins such as: asada (beef steak), asada al pastor (beef steak al pastor), pollo adobado (marinated chicken), tripa (cow tripe), chorizo de res (beef chorizo), and lengua (cow tongue); as well as a popular vegetarian option, hongos al pastor (mushrooms al pastor).

Our tacos are served on corn tortilla with cilatro, onions, and salsa. They are served with a side of a wedge of lime, sliced radish, grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño.

Our street tacos are only a couple bites. We recommend ordering several options to find your favorite!

ABOUT Us
Our tacos have been passed down from one generation to the next. Zeferino Serratos began making tacos in Mexico City in 1970. His son, Mario Serratos Sr., has carried on the tradition, serving tacos in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Los Angeles, California, and now, Austin, Texas!
Mario Serratos and his family own and run the food truck. The family/staff consists of his wife, Alba, his sons Mario Daniel and Uriel, and his daughter Kim.
